Craft Day
2nd Thursday the 9th
4:45 to 6:45 Port Orange Library.
We’ll be working on corsages & Xmas Ornaments for the Fashion Show. If you have any ornaments or do-dads you’d like to donate for decoration please bring them in. I’m willing to take them off your hands.

I needed a little extra time on this one because reservations need to be made so early. Money must be in by Aug. 10th, a 2 week notice is needed for the tea room, as they make up our luncheon specially for us and require the time. If you reserve a spot I can’t give a refund if you don’t go, because I’ll be charged for it anyway. Cost is $20 which includes tip.

Luncheon consists of Afternoon Tea: Served on fine china 3 tier platter of homemade baked scones, strawberry preserve, lemon curd and clotted cream, mini pastries, shortbread, cakes, chocolates, English tea sandwiches and a pot of tea.

If you need directions I’ll get them for you. Some ladies are planning to car pool. I will not as I’ll be going a bit early to make sure everything is ready. If you are planning on car pooling let me know and I’ll post it to the group.

Please note that we are limited in seating. Shakespeare’s holds up to 50 people, but they have walk-ins. Cut off point will be around 35. We have a few sister Chapters who are planning on joining us so get back with me ASAP.
